Tuscan Francigena Way

from 12/04 to 18/04/2026

A marvellous springtime walk along the Tuscan Via Francigena (Francigena Way) from the town of San Miniato to Siena, through medieval villages, hills dotted with vineyards, and landscapes that inspired many through centuries of history. Over seven days, we will pass through iconic places such as San Gimignano, Colle Val d’Elsa, and Monteriggioni, until we reach the splendid Siena, the artistic and cultural heart of Tuscany. The route alternates longer, more challenging stages with shorter, more regenerating days, with stops in a variety of accommodations: from pilgrim hostels with shared dormitories to hotels and inns in the heart of historic villages. Everything will be made easier thanks to baggage transportation, allowing us to walk without worries and fully enjoy every moment. Every step will be an immersion in nature, tradition, and the unique atmosphere of this land. An experience that combines the pleasure of walking with the discovery of ancient cities and timeless villages, perfect for experiencing Tuscany in its most enchanting season: spring.

Note:
We’ll stay in small hotels and hostels. Please note that hostels do NOT have single rooms, so you’ll have to share a room with other participants.
Single rooms are VERY limited, as this is basically a pilgrimage route.
